The court decided to accept the appeal in form and in subject to cancel the first-degree ruling, which decided to dismiss the case and ruled again as follows: Obligating the respondent to pay our client the appellant a spousal alimony of 60 dinars per month and the same twice a year as clothing for the two feasts as of the date specified and obligating him to pay the appellant alimony for the daughter as she is under her custody 60 dinars per month and twice in the year as clothing for Eid and half of it in the year for school stationery as of the date specified, obliging him to provide independent and equipped housing for the marital and obliging him to hand over the appellant the identification papers of the girl (the population card and birth certificate) with urgent enforcement. Third: Obliging the respondent to pay the expenses and ten dinars for attorney fees at the two levels of litigation.
