The court ruled to divorce our client the plaintiff through khul from the defendant after the consummation of marriage so it is not permissible for him except with a new contract and dowry and khul divorce document is issued for them after the ruling becomes final with obligating her to pay the defendant compensation at five hundred dinars and waived all her legal rights and exempted the defendant from expenses and obliged him to pay ten dinars for attorney fees.
